Tommy joined the staff in 2013 and oversees the day to day maintenance duties of our multi-facility campus.  Tommy has also been the church drummer for our Worship Arts Ministry since 1996.

Tommy married his wife, Christi, in 1994. They have ten children, Ashton, Ethan, Abigail, Evan, Christian, John William, Nigel, Mary Kate, Hannah Beth, and Evie Grace.
 
Tommy’s life verse is Proverbs 22:6, “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”

Libby joined the staff in 2007 and is responsible for all of the areas that involve food in our church. This would include receptions, dinners, banquets and managing the Lighthouse Café.

Libby married her husband, Dean, in 1998. They have two sons, 
Heath and DJ.
 
Libby’s life verse is John 4:15, “The woman said to him, ‘Sir, give me this water, so that I will not be thirsty or have to come here to draw water.'”

Grace joined the staff in 2001 and is Pastor Charles Taylor’s assistant in the area of missions.
 
Grace married her husband, Jim, in 1992. They have one daughter, Vikki.
 
Grace’s life verse is 2 Timothy 1:7, “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”
Tyler Evans

Tyler joined the staff in 2016 and assists Mark Ferrell with IT/Technical work.
 
Tyler’s life verse is Isaiah 40:13, “but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles, they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”

Mark joined the staff in 2003 and is responsible for all the church’s technical needs. This includes IT/Network, Audio Visual, Telephone Service, etc.
 
Mark married his wife, Michelle, in 1985. They have two daughters, Kristin Taylor (husband Chase) and Bryan Chamblee (husband Justin). They have three grandsons, Easton, Hudson and Mason (with the Lord).
 
Mark’s life verse is Joshua 1:8, “This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.”

Michelle Ferrell joined the staff in 2001 and is Senior Pastor, Dr. Michael Cloer’s assistant.
 
Michelle married her husband, Mark, in 1985. They have two daughters, Kristin Taylor (husband Chase) and Bryan Chamblee (husband Justin). They have three grandsons, Easton, Hudson and Mason (with the Lord).

Kathleen French joined the staff in 2017 and assists Pastor Jordan in Children’s Ministry as well as Robin Williams in the Preschool Ministry and Kristin Lee in the Weekday Preschool Program.

Peggy German joined the staff in 2007 and is one of our receptionists. 
 
Peggy married her husband, Dave, in 1976. They have four sons and five grandchildren.
 
Peggy’s life verse is Philippians 1:6, “being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.”
Annie Hughes
Facilities Housekeeping Manager
 
Annie joined the staff in 2003 and oversees all things related to the upkeep of the church facilities.
 
Annie is married to the late Mark Hughes. They have four children, Victoria, Ashley, Sam and Jordan as well as one grandson, Kanan. 
 
Annie’s life verse is Romans 8:31, “What then shall we say, ‘If God is for us, who can be against us?'”
Kristin Lee
Director of Weekday Preschool
 
Kristin joined the staff in 2003 as the church pianist. In 2012, she became an administrative assistant, and in 2016, she became the Director of Weekday Preschool. She is responsible for overseeing the 9-month, half-day Preschool/Kindergarten program as well as the 12-month, all-day Preschool program.
 
Kristin has two sons. TJ and his wife Kathryn are the parents of her grandson, Seeley.  Her other son, Nathan is married to his wife, Seandra.
 
Her life verse is Isaiah 41:13, “For I, the Lord thy God, will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, ‘Fear not; I will help thee.'”
Pepper Manning
Director of Women’s Ministry
 
Pepper joined the staff in 2016. She oversees the Women’s Ministry.
 
Pepper married her husband, Brent, in 2004. They have three children, Eli, Anna Thomas, and Andrew.

Kenneth Mullen
Pastoral Care Assistant
 
Kenneth joined the staff in 2018 and assists in the area of Pastor Care. He is also the administrator for the City of Refuge Foundation.
 
Kenneth has been married to his wife, Debbie, since 1973. They have two children, Shannon and Travis, and two grandchildren.
 
Kenneth’s life verse is 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18, “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”

Prayer Ministry Coordinator
 
Tami joined the staff in 2016 and coordinates the Prayer Ministry. This includes Sunday Prayer Warriors, the 24 Hour Prayer Room, the Virtual Prayer Wall, Stop to Pray, the Mid-week Prayer Meeting, and Seek First.

Joy joined the staff in 2016. She previously worked at EBC from 2001-2011. She is the financial assistant for our sister churches, Creekside Fellowship and Victoria en Cristo. She is also one of our receptionists.  
Joy married her husband, Donnie, in 1974. They have one son, Bradley.

Holly Sullivan

Holly married her husband, Brent, in 1994. They have three children, Kayla, McKenzie, and Tyson.

Robin Williams

Royce Williams
Staff Evangelist
 
Royce joined the staff in 2015 and assists other Pastors in the area of Pastoral Care. 
 
Royce is married to his wife, Wanda.
 
Royce has a B.S. in Religious Education from Campbell University (1977). He also attended American Baptist Theological Seminary from 1987-1990. He has his Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (1991).
 
Royce’s life verse is 2 Corinthians 5:15, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.”
